Your Healthcare Apprenticeship with Cygnet Health Care
Here at Cygnet Health Care, we offer a range of apprenticeships. Whilst working here, you will be able to access dynamic, role specific pathways to develop your skills and knowledge through our Apprenticeship programmes, which will support you to become part of our expanding talent pool.
Each department has its own devised pathway with made to measure training to enhance personal development whether you are completing a nursing apprenticeship, healthcare apprenticeships or one of our management and support services apprenticeships.
Our pathways take you from your induction and probation periods to completion the apprenticeship course. You are not able to nominate yourself but after discussion with your Manager, they are able to nominate you, for you to progress to the career that you deserve at Cygnet.

We're thrilled to announce our newest Apprenticeship Programme
Cygnet Health Care are partnering with the University of Wolverhampton to create a new generation of highly skilled future nurses.
Cygnet's collaboration with the University of Wolverhampton will be the first to introduce Nursing Associate Apprenticeships into the independent sector, with a view ultimately to address the national shortage of Registered Nurses.
