Experienced clinician, Dr Humphrey Needham-Bennett, was appointed Group Medical Director in April 2016, to oversee senior staff and to ensure we continue to lead the way in patient care. He has made significant changes to the role of our doctors in order to attract the best staff. Increased responsibility is creating greater autonomy and encouraging innovation. Management structures have also been improved, as have training and research opportunities.
Recruiting the best staff is vitally important to us. All specialty doctors are actively encouraged to drive forward change in order to help shape future services.
“We look for self-motivated staff who are well informed and have a strong work ethic. We want doctors who want to make a difference to patients and lead mental health services into a new era of pioneering, recovery focused treatments.”Dr Humphrey Needham-Bennett, Group Medical Director
