We offer a specialist service for adolescents, including four high-dependency beds for those with critical care needs, and a calm, positive women’s low security ward. Both the intensive care service and the general care ward are supported by the Phoenix School, ensuring young people continue their education while receiving treatment. For those with on-going mental health needs that cannot be cared for in the community, or who are working towards living independently, the locked rehabilitation ward offers therapies such as DBT and life skills groups.
Cygnet Health Care has a clear nursing strategy which has been developed by front line staff. Our clinical care is underpinned by strong values and we have a commitment to reducing restrictive practice.
