Cygnet supports and guides all its workers through a clear induction programme. As a member of staff you will receive supervision and access to a mentor. Eligible staff will be able to join the apprenticeship scheme while newly qualified nurses will have the opportunity to apply for the Preceptorship Programme. You will be given an annual appraisal and on-going training throughout your Cygnet career.

Here at Kenton, our homely 15-bed lodge provides a supportive and nurturing, locked rehabilitation environment for women stepping down from more secure care facilities. We work closely with other Cygnet hospitals in the area and have strong links with outside organisations, allowing service users to gain skills with budgeting, literacy and independent travel. In-house, we provide a comprehensive range of therapies to help women with conditions such as personality and mild eating disorders, with service users encouraged to actively engage with their care pathway.
