Welcome to Cygnet Jobs

Cygnet Health Care is an independent provider of mental health services and we believe that staff and service users are at the heart of our organisation. We are committed to providing the highest levels of care to the people using our services and to do this we need to recruit people who share this commitment.

For International Nurses Day 2015 we asked nursing staff from several of our hospitals to answer the question why they nurse. Below are just some of our fantastic nurses sharing their personal reflections on #whyInurse – with thanks to everyone who participated.

If you want to work for an organisation that puts people first – we would love to hear from you.
